About ISTISHUB and how we got started

ISTISHUB began as a small, independent initiative built by a group of individuals who care deeply about Vietnam’s long-term progress in science, technology, and innovation.

Over time, we realized a common challenge: valuable information exists across many official publications and public reports, but it is often fragmented, hard to navigate, and time-consuming to synthesize for people who simply want clear insights and practical understanding.

So we started ISTISHUB with a simple purpose: to make publicly available knowledge easier to explore, compare, and use—so Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem can move faster, learn better, and connect smarter.

What we do

ISTISHUB is a non-profit, non-official information project. We curate and organize insights about: national trends and public updates in science, technology, innovation and digitalization innovation-related programs and ecosystem developments practical frameworks and definitions (for readers who want clarity) curated knowledge pages that help users learn faster and make decisions with confidence.

Our long-term vision is to evolve into an intelligent information system—helping people discover patterns, connect the dots, and understand the “why” behind key developments in Vietnam’s journey toward a stronger knowledge economy.

Who ISTISHUB is for (and how we work)

ISTISHUB is built for readers who want to understand Vietnam’s science, technology, and innovation landscape in a practical way—students, researchers, startups, investors, policy observers, corporates and ecosystem builders.

We focus on turning scattered public information into structured knowledge: clear pages, summaries, definitions, and thematic hubs that help users learn faster and see connections across topics. When appropriate, we highlight trends, compare viewpoints, and explain terminology in plain language.

To maintain credibility, we aim to:
a) reference publicly available sources whenever possible,
b) separate facts from interpretation, and
c) update content when new public information is released.

Our commitment is simple: make knowledge easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to use—so better decisions can be made across Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem.

Our principles

We are guided by three principles:
1) Clarity over complexity: We translate complex topics into clear, structured, and readable content.
2) Public knowledge, responsibly synthesized: We work with publicly available information and aim to add value through organization, interpretation, and learning design—not through exclusivity.
3) Independence and integrity: ISTISHUB is built as an independent initiative with a strong focus on credibility, transparency, and respectful communication.

A note on independence

ISTISHUB is an independent and non-official project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government agency, ministry, or official organization.

All information, policies, and references mentioned on the site (if any) are used strictly for informational purposes, based on publicly available materials and public communications.
