Compared to traditional phone-based appointment systems or standalone hospital software, ISOFHCARE offers a comprehensive, integrated, and user-friendly solution, with a strong emphasis on patient experience. Its integration with over 50 major medical institutions and a network of more than 2,000 doctors across the country demonstrates the platform’s scalability and practical adaptability.
Although the startup has not publicly disclosed details about its tech stack or initial MVP, it is evident that ISOFHCARE underwent an in-depth R&D process. Building a platform robust enough to manage personal medical data, synchronize appointment schedules, and ensure the security of sensitive health information presents a major technological challenge, especially given the current limitations of Vietnam’s healthcare digital infrastructure. The platform’s stable video call capability, intuitive user interface, and features like appointment reminders, messaging, and digital record storage reflect a product that has been optimized based on real-world feedback from both patients and doctors.
Within the startup ecosystem, ISOFHCARE has achieved notable milestones. It was recognized among the Top 10 at the TECHFEST Vietnam 2021 National Innovative Startup Competition — a key achievement affirming the product’s potential for practical application and social impact. The startup has also attracted interest from angel investors and acceleration programs, including initiatives like SpeedUp and activities under Project 844 by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Successful fundraising and technical support from both healthcare and tech experts have served as a catalyst for the startup to expand its service ecosystem and enhance its product quality.
